Shipping and Delivery
On successful completion of your transaction, you will receive an email comfirming the value of the transaction and the services that you have purchased.
You will receive all information on access into the festival, boutique wristband exchange and procedures at least one week prior to the event.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you make a mistake on your order or wish to cancel your order you can do so by emailing Vintage or calling us Monday-Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm GMT. This must be done within 14 days of your purchase.
Vintage will however be happy to discuss cancelations or amendments after this 14 day period, although we cannot guarantee that amends or cancellations can be made outside this window.
No cancellations can be made after 1st July, although Vintage are happy to see if we can accommodate any amendments to your booking and purchase.
